一、服務內容

Murmu 是一款讓使用者自由表達當下心情、思緒與生活片段的 App。你可以透過文字、emoji、心情圖示等方式，將這些 Murmur 分享給你的親密朋友。

二、隱私與分享

Murmu 鼓勵用戶以更輕鬆、無壓力的方式分享情緒與想法。所有內容僅限您指定的好友查看，平台不會對外公開您的 Murmur。

三、使用者行為

請尊重其他使用者，不得發布違法、攻擊性、歧視或侵害他人權益之內容。

四、資料儲存

您的 murmur 將儲存在雲端，並透過 Firebase 或等效服務提供同步與備份。資料安全請參閱 Firebase 服務條款。

五、帳號與訂閱方案

本 App 提供免費使用方案，亦提供進階訂閱服務。

訂閱用戶可享有更多 emoji 圖片套組、心情分析等額外功能。
訂閱採自動續訂制，將依您選擇的方案定期自動收費（如每月、每年）。
您可隨時於帳號設定中取消續訂，取消後仍可於當期訂閱期間內繼續使用服務。
所有付款均由平台帳戶（如 Apple ID、Google Play）處理。
退款規定依平台（Apple、Google）政策為準。

六、違規內容與檢舉處理

Murmu 嚴禁使用者發佈令人不適、違法、歧視、暴力、仇恨、騷擾、色情或侵害他人權益的內容。

若發現任何違規內容，用戶可透過 Murmu App 內的「檢舉」功能進行檢舉。平台團隊將於 24 小時內審查並採取適當措施，包括但不限於移除內容、封鎖帳號等。

七、條款同意

使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並同意本條款。平台有權依情況更新條款內容，重大變更將會在 App 中另行通知。

1. Service Overview

Murmu is an app that lets users casually share thoughts, feelings, or daily moments. You can express yourself through text, emojis, and mood icons, and share your murmurs with close friends only.

2. Privacy & Sharing

Murmu promotes a low-pressure way to express yourself. All murmurs are visible only to your selected friends. Murmu does not publish your content publicly.

3. User Conduct

Please respect others. Do not post illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.

4. Data Storage

Your murmurs are stored securely via cloud services such as Firebase. For details, refer to Firebase's terms of service.

5. Account & Subscription

Murmu is free to use, with optional premium subscriptions.
Subscribers get access to more emoji packs, mood analysis, and bonus features.
Subscriptions auto-renew based on your selected plan (e.g., monthly or annually).
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Canceled plans remain active until the end of the billing period.
All payments are processed via your platform account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play).
Refunds follow the App Store or Play Store refund policy. Murmu does not handle direct refunds.

6. Prohibited Content and Reporting Mechanism

Murmu strictly prohibits users from posting content that is offensive, illegal, discriminatory, violent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes on the rights of others.

If any inappropriate content is found, users can report it using the “Report” feature in the Murmu app. Our team will review and take appropriate action within 24 hours, including but not limited to removing the content or banning the user.

7. Terms Acceptance

By using this app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. Murmu reserves the right to update the terms as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated within the app.

Murmu は、日常の思いや気持ちを気軽に共有できるアプリです。テキストや絵文字、ムードアイコンを使って、親しい友人とだけ murmur（つぶやき）を共有できます。

2. プライバシーと共有

Murmu は、気軽に感情や考えを表現できる環境を提供します。あなたの murmur は、あなたが指定した友人のみに表示されます。公開されることはありません。

3. ユーザー行動

他のユーザーを尊重し、違法・攻撃的・差別的・有害な内容の投稿はご遠慮ください。

4. データ保存

あなたの murmur は Firebase などのクラウドサービスに安全に保存されます。詳しくは、各サービスの利用規約をご確認ください。

5. アカウントとサブスクリプション

本アプリは無料で利用可能ですが、有料サブスクリプションも提供しています。
サブスクリプションでは、追加の絵文字パック、感情分析などが利用可能になります。
サブスクリプションは自動更新で、月額や年額など選択したプランに基づいて課金されます。
いつでも設定から解約可能です。解約後も期間満了までは利用可能です。
すべての支払いは Apple ID や Google Play などのプラットフォーム経由で処理されます。
返金ポリシーは、各プラットフォーム（Apple、Google）のポリシーに従います。

6. 禁止コンテンツおよび通報機能

Murmu では、不快、違法、差別的、暴力的、憎悪的、嫌がらせ、性的、または他人の権利を侵害するようなコンテンツの投稿を固く禁じています。

不適切なコンテンツを発見した場合、Murmu アプリ内の「通報」機能を使用して報告できます。運営チームは24時間以内に内容を確認し、コンテンツの削除やユーザーの利用停止など、適切な対応を行います。

7. 利用規約への同意

本アプリを使用することで、本規約を読み、同意したものとみなされます。Murmu は必要に応じて規約を更新する権利を有し、重大な変更がある場合はアプリ内で通知します。
