PostGen Terms of Use

一、服務內容

PostGen 是一款即時生成社群貼文與文案的 App。使用者可以輸入主題、關鍵字與語氣等條件，由 AI 協助快速產出 IG、Facebook、Reels 等平台的貼文草稿。

二、隱私與分享

PostGen 所生成的內容僅儲存在您的裝置本地端，平台不會上傳或同步您輸入的任何內容至伺服器，亦不會主動收集或儲存個人資訊。

三、使用者行為

請尊重其他使用者與平台規範，不得利用本服務生成、分享或發佈違法、攻擊性、歧視、色情、暴力或侵害他人權益的內容。

四、資料儲存

本 App 不會主動將您的貼文內容上傳至雲端，所有生成結果僅保存於本機。除非用戶主動回報問題或與我們聯繫協助處理，否則我們不會存取您的資料。

五、帳號與訂閱方案

本 App 提供免費試用方案，亦提供進階訂閱服務以解鎖更多次數與功能。

訂閱用戶可享有更多生成次數與優化功能。
訂閱採自動續訂制，將依您選擇的方案每月定期自動收費。
您可隨時於帳號設定中取消訂閱，取消後仍可於目前訂閱期間內繼續使用服務。
所有付款均由平台帳戶（如 Apple ID、Google Play）處理。
退款規定依平台（Apple、Google）政策為準。

六、條款同意

使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並同意本條款。平台有權依情況更新條款內容，重大變更將會在 App 中另行通知。

1. Service Overview

PostGen is an app that allows users to instantly generate social media posts and captions. By entering a topic, keywords, tone, and other parameters, users can quickly generate draft content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Reels with the help of AI.

2. Privacy & Data Sharing

All content generated by PostGen is stored locally on your device. The app does not upload or sync any input data to a server and does not actively collect any personal information.

3. User Conduct

Please respect other users and platform policies. You may not use this service to generate, share, or publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Data Storage

This app does not upload your generated content to the cloud. All results are saved only on your device. Unless you contact us directly for support or feedback, we will not access your data.

5. Accounts & Subscription Plans

The app offers a free trial plan and optional premium subscriptions that unlock more features and usage limits.

Subscribers gain access to additional generation credits and enhanced features.
Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly based on your selected plan.
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Cancellations take effect after the current billing period ends.
All payments are processed through your platform account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play).
Refunds follow the policies of the respective platforms (Apple, Google).

By using this app, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms as necessary. Major changes will be announced within the app.

PostGen は、SNS投稿やキャプションを即時に生成できるアプリです。ユーザーは、トピック、キーワード、口調などの条件を入力することで、Instagram、Facebook、Reels などのプラットフォーム向けに AI が投稿文案を素早く作成します。

2. プライバシーと共有

PostGen によって生成された内容は、すべてお使いの端末のローカルに保存されます。入力された情報はサーバーにアップロードまたは同期されることはなく、個人情報の収集も行いません。

3. ユーザー行動

他のユーザーやプラットフォームの規則を尊重してください。本サービスを使用して、違法、攻撃的、差別的、ポルノ、暴力的、または他人の権利を侵害するコンテンツを生成、共有、公開することは禁止されています。

4. データ保存

本アプリは、ユーザーが生成した投稿内容をクラウドにアップロードすることはありません。生成結果はすべて端末内に保存されます。ユーザーが問題報告やサポートのために自発的に連絡しない限り、当社がデータへアクセスすることはありません。

5. アカウントとサブスクリプション

本アプリは無料トライアルプランと、有料サブスクリプションプランを提供しており、より多くの機能や生成回数が利用可能です。

サブスクユーザーは、より多くの生成回数と高度な機能を利用できます。
サブスクリプションは自動更新され、選択されたプランに基づき毎月課金されます。
いつでもアカウント設定からサブスクリプションをキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も、契約期間中はサービスを利用できます。
すべての支払いは、Apple ID や Google Play などのプラットフォームアカウントを通じて処理されます。
返金ポリシーは、各プラットフォーム（Apple、Google）の規定に従います。

6. 利用規約への同意

本アプリを使用することで、これらの利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。規約の内容は必要に応じて更新される可能性があり、重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。
